Along with her duties as the landlady of an apartment complex Ms. Whipple enjoys some minor meddling in other people's affairs, though nothing malicious. While she may take joy in messing with people she does take her job seriously and adheres to the law and requests from her tenants.
Personality
Ms. Whipple is the typical sweet, doddering older woman and treats Bowser almost like a grandchild. But behind this grandmotherly exterior there is a darker side that comes to the fore when she suspects trouble may be brewing with any of her tenants. Despite her age Ms. Whipple is no prude and has a surprising sense of humor.
