Lucy has worked at Young Technologies for a number of years as the company's receptionist. As one of the few women in the office she has formed a friendship with Sam Young and appreciates that Sam seems to be the only other person in the office that can make a decent pot of coffee. With her desk directly across from the CEO's office occupied by Samuel Young, Sr. she occasionally overhears things she'd rather not have. Lucy also has a bit of a fascination with cats, shown by a number of cat pictures pinned to her side of the receptionist's desk.
