Born deaf Olivia has learned how to read lips and utilizes a text-to-speech application to talk with people. Olivia is almost always accompanied by her personal butler Edgar whom she can rely for a variety of tasks whether it be making it rain tickets on the attendant at the prize booth or breaking the legs of someone who has crossed her friend. Olivia also operates under the screen-name of Lily-chan in The Rare Spawns guild for World of Warquest where she is the main healer.
Personality
Those who make an assumption of what Olivia would be like based on her appearance are bound to learn quickly that judging a book by its cover can be extremely unreliable. Olivia is not the type of woman to beat around the bush and will tell people exactly what she thinks regardless of how painful it could be to hear. But she isn't mean deliberately but rather as means to get them to fight back or realize something they're oblivious to.
